By enrolling in classes or using the Dorset Universal Martial Art website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Classes

  • All memberships, passes, and class bookings are subject to availability.
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel memberships for misconduct.

2. Health & Safety

  • Martial arts involve physical activity; you participate at your own risk.
  • You must disclose any health conditions that may affect your training.
  • Dorset Universal Martial Art is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of proven negligence.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Students must treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
  • Abusive or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Missed classes cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled at the school’s discretion.

5. Website Use

  • All website content is owned by Dorset Universal Martial Art.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during training.
  • Indirect losses such as travel costs or missed opportunities.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
